St Andrew’s Harvest Festival
The Harvest Festival service took place on 16th October. Very generous donations were made in cash and goods for the Food Bank. Along with the Big Breakfast in the Parish Hall the day before we had a wonderful weekend celebrating and giving thanks for the work and produce of our farming communities.

Church Clock
Harberton’s church clock underwent a major overhaul in the workshops of the Cumbria Clock Company in Penrith.

Church Maintenance
The Harberton Community has been recognized nationally for its maintenance of the church, as prize winners in the Nayler Award for excellence in 2021.

The way forward….
Following the five yearly inspection and the ceiling and roof inspection in 2021, the Parochial Church Council is identifying sensible and economic packages of work, with the guidance of the church architect. These include short term roof repair, roped access tower repair, and general masonry and window repair.
