Church Clock

Harberton’s church clock underwent a major overhaul in the workshops of the Cumbria Clock Company in Penrith.
Since its reinstallation there have been problems with the external clock hands. Recent high winds may have made the situation worse.

Cumbria Clock Company believe the problem lies with the hands & dial motion works [the gears behind each dial] which may require a workshop overhaul and removal of the hands using rope access. In the meantime, we hope to keep the clock striking the quarters and hours.
